My Psalm
I love You, O Lord.
And will praise you in the streets.
Each morning I will awake with Your song on my lips, and I will sing with all I have.
Magnificent beyond my understanding.
Your mercy and kindness reach to all on earth.
Your story is told upon the wind
To the farthest reaches they speak of Your Name, and Glory
In hidden rooms they cry to You.
In underground tunnels Your love is preached.
In the depths of the city Your echoes ring.
Let me dance, O Lord.
Let me dance for You!
The throne You have set in man's heart is occupied.
And in it, Your Son reigns supreme.
For Your graciousness, kindness and love abound.
Their light is ignited in many hearts
Your splendor is displayed in the lives of Your people.
Let me dance, O King.
Let my dance speak of You.
When my life lies in ruin, to whom can I turn?
The Lord will be loving, and forgive my sins. Building in my ruins a garden.
A garden so beautiful, my eyes are stunned. That my Savior would heal my soul.
The fragrance of His peace blows from my heart till it reaches far corners.
The helpless and hurt look to Him.
And He raises them up to new heights.
Let me dance, O God.
Let my dance help Your people.
My God is compassionate, and He will send peace to those who love Him.
And His kingdom shall reign in glory forever.
May my pen and my dance, My words and my actions, forever give praise and glory to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
